Reminders

As many of you are aware, your wooden fences need to be painted to match the trim, stucco, siding or accent on your home. There are several wooden fences throughout the community that are not in compliance. At this time, we ask that you look at your wooden fence and if it is not painted to match the above, we ask that you take this time to paint your wooden fence to be in compliance.

Stucco walls along the homes are homeowner responsibility. There are several stucco walls that are damaged, cracking and/or peeling. We are asking if you have a stucco wall around your home you take a look at it to see if it is in need of maintenance. Prior to painting the wall to match the existing color, you will need to repair any damages to the wall.

Please be sure to store your trash containers out of view of the common area. Trash can be placed out the evening before pickup and must be stored away the evening of pickup day per the Rules and Regulations of the community.
